It certainly smells strong. My cats are used to the best dried catfood, and when I served up a Whiskas chicken sachet they were falling over themselves to get to it. Not long after eating it they seemed a bit hyperactive (more kitten-like?).
So I'm left wondering whether there is anything addictive in Whiskas, and whether it contains any stimulants. I won't be buying any more until I'm reassured that it's non-addictive and additive-free.

Some of my cats too by: Marc
Jessica, thanks for your contribution.
I noticed the "special effect" of Whiskas with some of my cats in the past too. I think it has to do with flavor. Whiskas smells heavily - I know even people sometimes like this flavor - and that's what makes cats eat.
I once read a report saying Whiskas is healthier than many other brands, but I'm not sure how objective that statement was.
