Tilly's Bundle of Joy

My Beautiful Princess Tilly x
Well tonight (Monday 17th november 2008) at 6.45 pm I sat at my computer and just heard some little squeaking.....oh the excitement: Tilly, my one-year-old cat just gave birth. I wasn't expecting them untill the 4th of December but a joy none the less.
She's had 4 little kittens all doing very well. At first I was very scared as she had 2 kittens, then left them and moved further out of the way, had another, then moved again. Then she had another and cleaned it up and let it feed.
I started getting worried that she was going to abandon the other 3 kittens but while she was feeding the 4th my husband placed the other 3 on her stomach. They latched on and have been feeding since (it's now 10.33pm as I write this).
Mum is doing brilliantly especially as this is her first litter. She's feeding her children and purring away.
I'm so happy right now as I have more additions to my family and I'm so so proud of my little Princess Tilly.
My children were just on their way to bed so as you can imagine they have been shouting down the stairs getting updates, as they are very excited and want to tell everyone at school that their cat has had her baby's.
The pictureIi have uploaded is Tilly but before she was pregnant.
