The Garmane Family Of Kittens

Kittens (5 weeks old) and my daughter Brooke

This was the first litter of kittens for my cat. She was a stray we took in and named her Allie. She was about 6 months when we took her in and is the best cat anyone could ask for!

So, about 8 months later Allie started meowing like crazy at night and trying to dart out the door when we went out. And the little stinker got out and stayed gone for 3 days and came home pregnant! She started showing in about a week! I was in awe of how fast cats go through their gestation period.

The night before Easter Allie looked me right in the eye, meowed the funniest meow I have ever heard and went into my 10-year old daughter's bedroom. It's really quiet in there and right past midnight which was now Easter my daughter comes running into the living room saying there's a kitten on my bed! Allie had a kitten!!

I woke my 2 boys up, one is 7 and the other is 13, because they have never seen a live birth. They weren't impressed but my daughter was the best nurse I could have!! She helped me whipe the kittens clean. Allie only had 3 at first and she was in labor all night, poor thing. Then Easter afternoon Allie had her last kitten....a little runt female! All the rest were males. Each kitten looks identical to it's mother too. And they are so beautiful, I don't want to give them away!

Also my other cat got out and she will be having kittens on or about June 3rd. I hope these have many colors.

Allie's kitens have their own personality, and are so cute to watch. I have one who loves me and follows me everywhere and sleeps with me. His name is Adam, my husband's pick is the female. I had to put different colored yarn on the kittens necks to tell them apart because they look so much alike.

I am so excited to deliver the next litter of my other cat. Luloo's kittens are due from May 26th to June 3rd!!
