Sweet Stray Cat From Italy

This story is about Ugly Marla, a sweet stray cat from Italy.

Our family went to Italy for a year. We got an apartment that had a garden. We couldn't go into the garden beceuse it belonged to the people under us.

There were a bunch of stray cats in the garden
that had no homes. We fed them from our balcony and some even jumped up on it.

There were six cats altogether. We named them and fed them each day. We were always sad though because they were always frightened when we would try to touch them.

There was one cat that never came onto the balcony but just looked up. We named this one Ugly Marla because she was very ugly. I know it's mean to say but she was very ugly. She had no tail and a weird rush under her chin.

One day she figured out how to get up and she turned out to be the sweetest cat. We let her come into our apartment where she jumped onthe couch and made heself at home. A week later we adopted her as our cat.

Then we found out she was pregnant thanks to this web site. She had her kittens which oddly were not ugly at all: two girls, one boy - they were adorable.

We found nice homes for them and then it was us and Ugly again. We took her back to Canada where she lived happily ever after.
