Surprise!

My cat had been expecting for some time. It was her first time and I was buzzing with excitement.

My mum worked at my junior school and she came into my classroom. She looked ecstatic. She looked at the cupboard where my drawing of my cats was pinned up.

Mum grinned. 'You'll have to add 4 little babies to your picture, love!'
I was confused. She didn't mean..........
'YAY!'
I ran all the way home from school that day!

Now, seven months on, we've kept one kitten. He has a little black moustache and he is bigger than his mum. And guess what? She's pregnant again!
