Stray Cat Seems To Be Expecting!

One day I discovered the cutest cat hanging out in my backyard and after seeing her there consistantly for a week I noticed that she was pregnant. She's wild and won't let us come near her. So I started to bring food and water out to her and now she'll even come into the house.

The problem is that she looks like she might give birth any day now and if something goes wrong I'm afraid I won't be able to help her because she doesn't let us come near her..What should I do?!
