Shananay, A Beautiful And Sassy Tortie

Shananay and her pregnant belly

Shananay and her pregnant belly

A while back, a very skinny little kitty came to our back door. We gave her food and almost every day after that she came back to eat.

One day, we noticed her belly had gotten very big. We kept feeding her like always until one day.. she went missing. We thought she had died. But a week and a half later, she shows up at our door again, skinny, and not pregnant.

A few days later, I followed her after she had eaten, and she walked right into the house on the corner where the people live that are always getting busted by the cops because they sell drugs (and probably do them).

Another few days later, my friends Devon and Tyler came over. The cat was in our house because it was raining and we didn't want her to be soaking wet. After it rained, we three brought her back to her 'home' and asked if it was their cat. They said yes, and we set her down. Then they said, "Come in Momma!" And now we knew her name.

About a month later, we opened the door to feed her and she walked inside. She was in and out of our house three times. She left for the night but came back the next day. She periodically left to use the bathroom. Now we have taken her in. We named her Shananay (because she is sassy, just like the character Shananay if you watch Shane Dawson) and we let her leave nightly so she could go to her kittens.

We believe her kittens have died, because she has not shown any interest to go outside now, but when she does, she is always 'conversing,' or 'hanging out with,' (for lack of better terms) a white cat with black ears, we are not sure if this cat is male or female.

Now she's pregnant again and showing. We don't know when she became pregnant, but we suspect that it was the white cat, if that cat is a tom. We are excited for the kittens, but this is my first time dealing with a cat having kittens, and am afraid that I will be at school when she finally decides to pop. Hopefully it all turns out okay.
