Romeo

by Sara B
(Michigan, USA)

Romeo loves his boxes, no matter the size!

Romeo loves his boxes, no matter the size!

Romeo, named for being born on February 14th, 2008 (Valentine's Day) is named ironically. You would think he's sweet and lovable, but when he was a kitten, he was a little terror. He ran around the house, tearing up objects in his path, stalking the feet of the household, and chewing on cords like no tomorrow.

However, as he grew older, he changed. He is now more lovable and calm. He loves to curl up on laps and, if your lap is already occupied by a laptop or something, he will push anything out of the way just for cuddle time.

One thing he does NOT like, however, is our other cat Kobe, a tiny black cat. If Kobe even comes near Romeo, he'll yowl and complain loudly for everyone to hear. Then, he'll hit Kobe and run off. Kobe is either very ignorant or very mischievous because he will follow after Romeo to annoy him some more.

All in all, Romeo is your typical large, box-hiding, light-hunting, meowing cat.
