Why not just get a friend to adopt that kitten, then get it off your friend?

She should not be able to refuse you from rescueing if she won't let her go to you have a friend go in and get her...I have about 18 cats so I feel your pain I say about because I have several that are strays that come and go as they please ... I'll be hoping you get this kitten back! If it were me she'd have a fight on her hands two can play those games!
