My Queen Had Two Litters Within Four Months!

Sam and Madison Tabitha Pregnant with second litter Max

My young 7 month old female kitty, Tabitha, fell pregnant with my year old male, Max. They mated nearly every night outside of my window at around midnight. It was very disturbing. I tried stopping them but Max wouldn't listen. Tabitha didn't like it. She always tried kicking him off and hissing at him. But when he started, he would never stop. One night I didn't get any sleep! They started mating at 10.30 pm until 6.00 am!

I kept the mating side of things from my family. Because my grandmother especially hates all of my cats. I had 7 before Tabitha gave birth. So it was vital I didn't tell anybody. Around 4 weeks before she gave birth to her first litter, we noticed Tabitha's stomach enlarge. Bigger and bigger.

We took her to the vet at least 2 weeks before birth. The vet confirmed the pregnancy of two little kittens. Nice and healthy. Tabitha had the kittens on the 10th of November 2010. The night I went into Hospital with an abscess on my kidney. Neither my family or I saw the birth of the two kittens that night. I was very surprised how Tabitha had the kittens with no assistance at such a young age.

Now, 12th of March 2011. Tabitha is confirmed to be pregnant. We are not sure how many kittens she has by choice. We wanted it to be a surprise. We caught Max on top of her in the outdoor kitten's room. The fly screen window fell down, we suspected that was Max trying to mate. The kittens were on top of Max scratching his head whilst Tabitha tried kicking him off. Too late.

Tabitha looks like she is going to be due in the next couple of days. Or this week! But definitely this month. I am going to tag some photos of Max, Tabitha, Madison (female kitten) and Sam (male kitten). I find it cute how Madison looks just like Tabitha, and Sam looks just like Max. And being the same sex.
