My Mom Found A Cat Giving Birth On The Street!

by Jennifer Lilibeth Loredo
(Houston, Texas, United States)

His name is Baby Boy :)

His name is Baby Boy :)

It was a Sunday evening, I was at my best friend's house (like always). My mom called me and she told me "what time are you coming home? I have a surprise for you". (I've always wanted a kitten since my other cat died because she had difficulty having birth so she died on my carpet and I was crying).

Well yea I asked her what kind of surprise and she told me "once you get home you going to find out" and I told mmmmmmm ok. My friend dropped me off and I heard a cat meowing from inside and my mom talking on the phone saying bring cat food and pet bowls........ I was thinking to myself what are you talking about mom...

I got inside and she told me she found a cat having birth in the driveway and had like 2 kittens already so she put them in my JORDANS shoe box (I needed that box for my project). Well my mom took a picture of the cat because she had a collar with a name but no phone # or address so we put the signs everywhere the next morning.

Then we receive this call from a guy saying thank you, you found my cat Sasha, I was looking for her everywhere. So he came and picked them up. I was sad because I wanted a kitty and then I asked him if I could have a kitty. He let me choose the kitty and I gave him something to know which one was mine.....

3 months later he calls me saying when and where did I want my kitty and I told him now and at 5:30 p.m. He told me he would be there at that time and he was with my kitty and he gave me the kitty's toys and the food the kitty was already used to eat...... Now the kitty is 6 months old, he is a beautiful TABBY =)
