my cat is 17months old and just had her frist litter she had 5 on 1-7-11 an i found some blood on my bathroom floor. its about a table spoon. is this normal? she keeps coming out an meowing at me at lest 5-6 times aday! please respond i do love my little girl :)

my cat is just about due any time was wondering if its normal for them to hide then rip up any thing paper around them and then back to hiding?
she will now meow as where before she was really a quite cat but the past few days she has been wanting constent petting and is VERY vocial??
