I know you've heard over and over again that you should have gotten your cat fixed. Hopefully, by now, you have. I just have to say, not only will those kittens have kittens and so on, but all the kittens who luckily found homes really must have prevented the same number of other cats and kittens from getting homes. You have to think about all of those kitties too.

Spay your cat by: Anonymous
it shocks me that you are so happy to contribute to the over-population problem. Sure you love those kittens but i bet you didn't know that in seven years a breeding pair of cats can become responsible for over 72,000 cats. Thousands of those cats will end up strays,in shelters,or hit by cars.So please for the sake of those cats get your cat spayed as soon as possible

i agree - get your cat fixed by: Anonymous
I also agree. This story kind of makes me sick. I volunteer at the Humane Society and I think that if anyone out there thinks that cats need to be breed or get pregnant they just need to take a trip to the humane society and see all the cats there that are homeless. Also most of them get put down anyway because there are to many cats and no one to want them. Please get your poor little cat fixed she was just a baby herself when she became a mother. This should have never happened.

Please get your cat fixed! by: Anonymous
As sweet as your story sounds. It broke my heart that you never got your female cat fixed. Even after realizing that she did indeed get pregnant at 4 months I would have thought you would have gotten her taken care of after she delivered???? Also very happy to hear you found homes for all the kittens but do you know how many unwanted cats will be born from all of the 36 kittens she gave birth to? If I am remembering correctly, one unspade or nuetered cat can create thousands of cats in a very short period of time,.Cats are put down daily at shelters because not enough loving people will take them in.I am a cat lover and every single cat I have ever had was a stray that needed a home. The first thing I do is take them to the vet for shots and deworming and set an appt. for getting them fixed. You sound like a loveing cat owner but seriously think about getting her fixed hun. God Bless :) Maryann (Owner of 3 strays at this time)
