My Cat Got Kittens -
It Was Awesome

Laura's cat got kittens. It was awesome, she writes in her report.

My cat is a very small cat and mated with a large cat. I was a little worried about her having the kittens, she got huge. I fixed her a box and put her in it every day for a while and went it got time for the kittens to come, she got real loving towards me.

I missed the first kitten, and after it was born she went right to sleep after cleaning it. I was worried because she did not seem to be ready to have any more, the vet had said that in 3 hours she should have another one.

At 3 1/2 hours, I got worried and kept her awake, she then started pushing, and I stroked her and talked to her so she wouldn't go back to sleep.

In about 30 minutes the 2nd kitten was born. It was great, I saw the sac the baby was in, and helped her break it from its mouth. She did a great job cleaning her. Then she had the last kitten immediately afterwords. It was awesome....

She is a good mother, but after 12 days she is back in heat ... Help!!!

We will be going to the vet as soon as kittens are weaned .. Hope everyone else has a good kitten birthing story to tell...
