Hi, thanks for the post. First of all, you'll need a vet consult. She'll need blood work to see what kind of deficiencies need boosted and she'll need an ultrasound to make sure the kittens are ok and developing properly. Normal gestation is 63 days after the heat, but if you don't get her taken care of in time she might miscarry. If you want to hop in the car and get her something right now, I'd get her canned kitten food. Kitten food has more crude fat and protein than adult cat food, which are two of the most important agents in a cats diet. The third being Taurine. Make sure she's always got some in her bowl, so I'd bring home at least a half a case to start. A vet might consider a dietary supplement to help her along. On a cat that is not pregnant, you should not see ribs, but you can feel them slightly, and a slight hip. A cat that's underweight you can see the ribs and feel them very easily, and they have a very defined hip. A pregnant cat should be a little bit bigger than normal in the middle, and she should have a lump that could earlier in the day be irregular and down at her hips, and then later low in her belly -- if you see the "lump" in different places throughout the day, this is good. Now, the discharge you've described coming from her nipples upsets me. I'm not sure what would cause that, considering her milk ducts in her breasts shouldn't fill until the babies are born. I would get that checked out, b/c if she does deliver ok, you don't want the babies nursing on whatever that is.
