Lams Kitten Food ( dry )

by Clint
(Utah)

I adopted a 9 week old furbaby for my kid and this kitten is the most picky eater I've ever seen in any kind of pet I've had in the past (dogs, parrots, ferrots, gerbils, pigeons,,, I've owned a lot of different animals last several years).

Tried several different kitten food brands (including purina). And the only one that gets her appetite ravanous is Iams kitten dry kibble (I don't used canned).

She loves it. Many people are turned off by Iams prices but it actually ends up being the same price in the end because of how much extra nutrients etc. Iams packs into their dry food the kitty only eats about 1/2 cup a day of it compared to the 1 cup a day it was eating from a different cheap brand.

Her stools also look more healthy now. When before they were a very light tan color which is a sign the diet they are currently on is not a good one.

I also feed my golden retriever Iams dog food. My dad has a golden retriever as well and my dog and his were both from the same litter, and only a few hours apart from one another on age. I fed her Iams all her life, my dad always just bought whatever was cheapest for his dog. My golden retriever lived 18 years, his only 11 years even though both dogs were the exact same age. Both died of natural causes (old age).

Iams dog/cat food really is superior to probably 9/10 brands out right now. I am not saying it is the best pet food period but I am saying it is definitely a top of the line quality when coming to nutrients and long life for your pet.
