I'm So Worried!

by Henrietta
(Illinois)

I live in the USA and I have three cats: Nova, Hobo, and Dash. They're indoor cats, real sweethearts, but they get a little restless and they're always trying to get out of the house.

Well, I have never once let my cats escape, but I had to visit my grandparents. That meant a cat-sitter, and my cat-sitter happened to be my other grandpa.

He's nice and I love him, sure, but he's old, and he let Nova out. It was an accident and there was whole lot of hullabaloo once we couldn't find my cute kitty. Well, we did get her back. (She walked right up to my sister, in fact.)

This all happened about a month ago, and in that time I've had to go back to my grandparents'. I just got back today, and when I go to my cats? I notice Nova is a little bit chunkier than the norm, with big ole' bumps in her belly. I got scared, because Nova's a bit too young for kittens. (She's only a few months old!), but I wasn't sure.

I called my buddy Amy over, (she's pretty good with all kinds of animals), and she confirmed my suspicions. My cat is pregnant!

I think my dad's going to freak out and go psycho on her. Crap.
