A Little Pregnant Pixie!!

by Syds Burton
(Hampshire)

We rescued Pixie privately as I was desparate for a cat and (ironically) thought a kitten would be too much hassle at the time.

So along came Pixie, she was about 9 months old, I was told she'd been neutured and is a beautiful small, long haired Moggy.

Pixie had settled in nicely. And one night, I found a giant ginger tom cat in my bedroom! At first I was dreaming a tiger had entered the house because I could not think of how he could of possibly got in!

Bless him, the thing was friendly but I didn't know how long he'd been in the house and judging by his tame nature I assumed he best get back to his owner.

A few weeks later little Pixie became very quiet and not as playful as her normal self, she groomed herself constantly and wanted cuddles every 5 seconds! She was lying down alot more, only getting up when she wanted food (which occured alot more now!)

So guess what, she's been checked out by the vet and we will be hearing the pitter patter of tiny paws soon enough!!
