7 Kittens Born To Orange Mother

Two weeks ago from today (monday June 2nd 2008):
Clausy (the queen) is healthy, a teen queen, she was discovered pregnant on a guy's lot along with her two pregnant sisters. Clausy is orange pregnant playfull and was thought to deliver a week ago.

Tuesday:
Clausy is making noise upstairs as I watch TV, 3 hours later I check on her. 2 healthy grey tabby kittens are by her side, I watch and supervise carefully as 3 more are born, 1 more grey and 2 orange kittens. As things settle down, knowing she is healthy and OK, I go back downstairs. Not long after I go back up and two more have been born, 1 white and 1 tabby.

Today (monday June 2nd 2008):
The kittens are opening their eyes and are all healthy and happy, all four grey tabby's turned out to be calico and all four calicos are girls. The white kitten is now cream, and he is a boy. The two orange kittens are boys. All my friends seem to favor the white boy.

I foster queens and their kittens untill they are ready to be returned to the NO-KILL shelter so they can find loving families.

IMPORTANT: should you want a kitten, these kittens should be in the Homeward Pet adoption shelter in Woodinville Washington on Woodinville Duvall road in 5 weeks.
